Training Options for Maximo Application Suite

Maximo Application Suite (MAS-8) is the market-leading EAM solution, and Maximo Manage, part of MAS-8, replaces the previous core Maximo program.

1. Peacock Engineering Immersion and Administration Courses

Peacock Engineering offers an instructor-led course over 5 days, delivered to up to 8 students. These courses are designed for IT and Asset Management teams implementing Maximo Application Suite, and provide an intensive introduction to using, administering and implementing Maximo Manage.

Your Immersion and/or Administration course will be delivered face-to-face by an experienced Maximo consultant from the Peacock Engineering team. Course manuals are supplied and students complete exercises on individual training environments to gain a certificate of completion.

2. Tailored Training

Tailored training can be delivered as part of the Maximo Application Suite implementation, with client-specific configuration or customisation included.

Client-specific training material will be developed and delivered to a core project team, who may use any materials supplied as the basis of end-user training material, typically prior to User Acceptance Testing.

4. IBM Self-Paced Learning

IBM offers ‘self-paced’ learning courses on their website, to ensure that Maximo Application Suite users achieve greater results from the software. These self-paced courses are lightweight and easy to complete, and can be completed in various Maximo topics.

Courses are role-based and available from the IBM training portal. These can be useful for non-technical members of your team, who may need to be involved in data entry, monitoring, etc.
