Peacock Engineering is delighted to announce that Cemcor Ltd, one of Northern Ireland’s leading cement production companies, has signed a new deal with us.
One of Cemcor’s top priorities is further investing in improving processes, sustainability and reducing the carbon footprint of its Cookstown plant. By extending our partnership, they will now be able to leverage Maximo Application Suite as it comes to market, and gain invaluable insight into:
- Addressing EAM inefficiencies
- Solving maintenance challenges
- Monitoring the lifespan of essential equipment
- Reducing downtime and associated costs
- Measuring (and reducing) carbon emissions
Peacock Engineering’s chief operating officer Matt Deadman said:
“We’re thrilled to be working with Cemcor over the course of the next few years. We have already completed the first stage of our change programme with the successful delivery of its new enterprise asset management system.”
“MAS is one of IBM’s sustainability software solutions. It will provide Cemcor with a clearer view of its assets, which include heavy plant and processing equipment, and help in mitigating the current challenges found in its maintenance programme.”
Thank you to Cemcor for extending their contract with us. We are looking forward to working with them over the next few years to ensure its EAM solution continues to deliver the service level and efficiencies needed to meet its organisational objectives.
