They have chosen Peacock Engineering to deliver a Work Management Project. We will be implementing Visual Planner from CiM to achieve this – this will enable rapid transformation to support a more agile planning and scheduling capability.
The implementation focuses on multi-week scheduling, to ensure that the highest priority maintenance and work orders are being completed on time, every week.
